Introduction

Barry Creasy has 26 years’ experience in organising and facilitating meetings, seminars and focus groups, and is a course-provider for The Consultation Institute, with whom he has published two books: Effective Public Meetings and Effective Focus Groups. His 19 years as an educational researcher for the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority have given him a solid background in evaluation, research, data-collection and data presentation techniques. 10 years spent managing an arts organisation, and a Master’s degree in Arts Management have augmented this experience with an expertise in arts management, evaluation and cultural analysis.
